Nursing Care
Skilled Nurses provide professional care,
including administration of medications and IV therapy, dressing changes, and
assessment of the client's medical condition as established in the Physicians
Plan of Treatment. Expert heart care delivered by cardiac nurses
in our Cardiac Disease Management Program. Experienced nurses are on staff
to assist with needs of all types of patients and disorders. We
offer Geriatric Case Management to assist in
coordination of health care services.
Personal Care
Our Home Health Aides provide personal care such as
bathing, dressing and grooming, transferring, assistance with exercise,
meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Therapy

Our Rehab at Home Program is second
to none!! Physical, occupational, and speech therapists are a part of our team to
provide a variety of rehabilitation services that will enable regaining
independence at home as quickly as possible.
Medical Social Assistance

Helping access community resources, our Medical Social Worker can
provide counseling for social, emotional, and financial burdens that are
affecting recovery.
Pastoral Care
Experienced pastors at the client's request, can provide
the Word of God, prayer,
counseling, and other related ministries for spiritual well-being and enhanced
recovery.
