Specialty Home Health Care has a part time opening for a LPN for home health nursing and aide visits. The position offers salary commensurate with experience.  Challenging patient assignments. Work hours are Monday thru Friday.   The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop strong patient and team relationships; demonstrate excellent skills that generate optimal patient outcomes; exhibit effective communications with patients, co-workers, and physicians; have problem solving and analytical skills; and have the ability to work independently.  Excellent computer skills required for EMR Laptop documentation system and email communication.

Unrestricted LPN License in the State of Indiana. CPR certification (or willing to take with in 30 days). A valid Indiana driver's license, reliable transportation and adequate auto insurance. Must be able to pass a physical, drug screening, background check and be able to lift 50 lbs. This job requires travel between homes.   

Speech Therapist

Specialty Home Health Care has a part time opening for a Speech Therapist for home health visits. The position offers salary commensurate with experience.  Challenging patient assignments. Work hours are Monday thru Friday.   ST experience in home health care, rehab, or LTC a plus.  Vital-Stim certification and training also a plus.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop strong patient and team relationships; demonstrate excellent skills that generate optimal patient outcomes; exhibit effective communications with patients, co-workers, and physicians; have problem solving and analytical skills; and have the ability to work independently.  Excellent computer skills required for EMR Laptop documentation system and email communication.
