Specialty Home Health Care has a new opening for a
Registered Nurse for home health visits and case management. The position
offers an excellent benefits package, a salary commensurate with experience,
and challenging patient assignments. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8a -
4:30p, with some flexibility, on-call rotation is required. The ideal
candidate will have the ability to manage a patient caseload independently;
develop strong client and physician relationships; demonstrate excellent
nursing skills that generate optimal patient outcomes; exhibit effective
communications with patients, co-workers, and physicians; have problem solving
and analytical skills; and have the ability to work independently. BSN preferred. ICU or mental health experience a
plus.
Unrestricted RN License in the State of Indiana. CPR certification (or willing to take with in 30 days). A valid Indiana driver's license, reliable transportation and adequate auto insurance. Must be able to pass a physical, drug screening, background check and be able to lift 50 lbs. This job requires travel between homes. Must have a cell phone (monthly stipend provided by company for full time employees)
