In November 2006, Specialty was invited to participate
in the ReACH (Reducing Acute Care Hospitalizations)
Collaborative. We are excited to
be the only agency participating in SW
Indiana. Through this Medicare sponsored project, we are receiving expert
training on improving patient outcomes and reducing patient hospital stays for
our patients.
